The powder paint line was installed in 2016 featuring components from world leading companies such as Kewesta (conveyor) and Gema (spray gun and booths). The size and insulation of the furnace is optimised for our motors so electricity consumption is reduced three fold compared to the previous line while productivity is increased.

Featuring the top of the line 31iB5 Fanuc control unit, the Robodrill is an extremely fast and versatile machine with up to 5 simultaneously controlled axes. Rapid traverse rate of 54m/min with 1.6sec tool change time and 1.5G acceleration combined with the 10 000rpm/78Nm spindle, makes the machine ideal for light milling, drilling and tapping of the aluminum motor flanges.

The NLX 2500/700Y is a high-rigidity (box ways used for XYZ axes), high-precision CNC lathe able to flexibly handle various workpieces. The model features a Built-in Motor turret that achieves powerful turning capabilities and outstanding milling performance with up to 10 000rpm.
When equipped with CELOS + MAPPS V and the optional Y axis, the NLX 2500 enables machining of various workpieces from simple to complex-shaped components. Flanges, shafts and entire motor cases can be machined in one go combining turning with milling all with unsurpassed productivity and precision.
